Description

환경 친화성이 우수한 인공어초{An artificial fish-breeding for superiority in environment affinity}An artificial fish-breeding for superiority in environment affinity}

The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly artificial reef using an expandable mineral, and more specifically, after the rapid thermal expansion by pulverizing the vermiculite, pearlite, feldspar and mixed with a binder mixed with sodium silicate, vegetable fiber, heating, pressure molding It relates to an artificial reef made with excellent environmental friendliness.

At present, most artificial reefs are formed using cement or loess as a raw material, or formed by uniting the reefs together to proliferate plankton and algae, which are food for fish and shellfish, to provide a resting space.

However, the conventional artificial reefs as described above have a problem in that the material is made of cement, which causes toxicity, and thus is rather unfavorable in terms of environmental protection to protect the fish family. That is, the reinforcing bar of concrete reacts with chlorine ions in seawater to corrode, and the sulfate ion in cement reacts with calcium hydroxide to produce gypsum, resulting in softening and erosion of the surface of artificial reefs.

Korean Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 1999-014477 (1999.02.25) describes artificial reefs made by mixing and molding ocher, clay, pottery, kaolin, and feldspar, and having high hardness and excellent emission effect of far infrared rays. Low algae growth rate and there is a problem that can not provide enough food for fish.

In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, vermiculite, pearlite, and feldspar were used. Vermiculite and pearlite are minerals having a structural formula of M x (Mg.Fe) 6 (Si 8-x Al) O 20 (OH) 4 .yH 2 O. The vermiculite is a genus of minerals naturally produced in siliceous volcanic rocks. Pearlite is a fibrous mineral formed by infiltrating granite into limestone. As can be seen from the structural formula of the expanded mineral, it contains water molecules and has the property of capturing and adsorbing other substances very strongly due to myriad hollows, eliminating pollution of water and having good affinity with seawater. Proliferation rate is increased to provide a variety of food for fish.

The present invention is to provide an environmentally friendly artificial reef of the desired form by mixing, firing a predetermined amount of vermiculite, pearlite, feldspar.

Since the artificial reef of the present invention has excellent affinity with seawater, various types of plankton and algae can breed, thereby providing an opportunity to inhabit various fish stocks.

The artificial reefs of the present invention do not cause marine pollution due to erosion in water, and emit outward infrared rays to promote growth of living organisms to provide growth of fish families.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

버미큘라이트 35~50 wt%와 펄라이트 25~35 wt%, 장석 25~35 wt%의 비율로 혼합하여 분쇄하고;Pulverized by mixing at a ratio of 35-50 wt% vermiculite, 25-35 wt% pearlite, 25-35 wt% feldspar;

상기 분쇄된 팽창성광물을 입도선별하고;Particle size sorting of the crushed expandable mineral;

상기 입도선별된 팽창성광물을 800~1200 ℃로 급속히 가열하며 팽창시키고;Expanding the particle sized expandable mineral by rapidly heating to 800 to 1200 ° C .;

상기 팽창된 광물에 규산소오다와 식물성섬유 1:5로 조성된 결합제 5~10 wt%의 비율로 첨가하여 혼합하고;Adding and mixing the expanded mineral in a ratio of 5 to 10 wt% of a binder composed of sodium silicate and vegetable fiber 1: 5;

A mixture of the binder and the expandable mineral is poured into a mold and molded into a required shape to prepare artificial reefs.

Vegetable fibers include hemp fiber, low fiber and brown hair fiber.

When the vermiculite is mixed at 35wt% or less, the adsorption holes are dense and the strength is high, but the absorption rate is not good. When the addition of 50 wt% or more, the adsorption holes are not dense and the absorption rate is good but the strength is low.

If the feldspar is added below 25wt%, the service life is low due to the low strength, and when it is added above 35wt%, the bending strength is high, so it is not easy to manufacture the artificial reef of the desired form.

In the particle size selection of the expandable mineral, the expandable mineral particles are selected to have a size of 0.2 to 0.3 mm in diameter. This is to consider the size after the heat expansion, when the size of the adsorption performance and rigidity of the structure is optimized.

In heating and expanding the expanded mineral, the heating rate is set to 2-5 ° C./min. If it is 2 ° C / min or less, the pores become too large, and if it is 5 ° C / min or more, the pores are not properly formed.

Examples will be described below.

1Example. One

4.5 kg of vermiculite, 3.5 kg of pearlite, and 3.5 kg of feldspar were mixed and pulverized, and the crushed expandable mineral was sized to have a size of 0.25 mm.

The particle size-expanded expandable mineral was rapidly thermally expanded to 900 ° C. at a heating rate of 3 ° C./min, and 700 g of a binder was added and mixed with 10 kg of the expanded mineral. Press process to the desired shape.

The present invention can breed a variety of plankton and algae can inhabit a variety of fish families, do not cause marine pollution even when eroded in water and can release the far-infrared rays to further increase the growth of fish species .
