Claims (6)
- 충전제로서 탄소와 결합제로서 고분자 수지를 함유하는 수지결합질 탄소재조성물에 있어서, 상기 탄소 충전제의 일부 또는 전부가 실란계 커플링제로 표면처리한 것임을 특징으로 하는 수지결합질 탄소재 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실란계 커플링제가 γ-아미노알킬 트리알콕시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지결합질 탄소재 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 실란계 커플링제가 γ-아미노프로필 트리에톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지결합질 탄소재 조성물.
- 충전제인 탄소와 결합제인 수지를 혼합하고 경화한 후 경화된 혼합물을 분쇄하는 공정을 포함하는 수지결합질 탄소재 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 혼합공정 이전에 충전제 탄소의 일부 또는 전부를 실란계 커플링제로 표면처리하는 전처리단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 수지결합질 탄소재 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 실란계 커플링제가 γ-아미노알킬 트리알콕시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지결합질 탄소재 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 실란계 커플링제가 γ-아미노프로필 트리에톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지결합질 탄소재 조성물의 제조방법.
