Claims (3)
- 금속표면의 확산계수를 측정하는 장치에 있어서,레이저로 부터 발생된 레이저 광선의 일부는 투과하고 일부는 반사하는 부분투과 거울과, 레이저의 출력변화에 따라 변화하는 상기 투과된 레이저 광선의 세기를 검지하는 제1광 검지기와, 일정 입사각으로 측정 시편의 표면에 입사되는 상기 반사된 레이저 광선 중 상기 시편의 표면에서 정반사되는 정반사광(반사각 α)의 세기를 검지하는 제2광 검지기와, 입사각과 다른 각도로 상기 시편의 표면에서 반사되는 산란 반사광(반사각 β)의 세기를 검지하는 제3광 검지기 및, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3광 검지기에서 각각 검지한 데이터를 식1로 계산하여 상기 시편의 확산계수를 측정하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 확산계수 측정장치.식 1여기에서, I(α)는 정반사광의 세기, I(β)는 β 방향의 반사광의 세기, k는 비례상수를 각각 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부분투과 거울에서 반사된 레이저 광선은 간격조절이가능한 2개의 렌즈로 구성된 빔 확대렌즈를 거쳐 상기 시편에 입사되는데, 상기 2개의 렌즈간의 간격을 조절하여 레이저 광선의 조사면적을 자유롭게 조절할 수 있도록 함으로써, 시편의 크기에 관계없이 정밀 측정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 확산계수 측정장치.
- 금속표면의 확산계수를 측정하는 방법에 있어서,레이저로 부터 발생된 레이저 광선의 일부는 투과시키고 일부는 반사시키는 단계와;레이저의 출력변화에 따라 변화하는 상기 투과된 레이저 광선의 세기를 검지하고, 일정 입사각으로 측정 시편의 표면에 입사되는 상기 반사된 레이저 광선 중 상기 시편의 표면에서 정반사되는 정반사광(반사각 α)의 세기를 검지하며, 입사각과 다른 각도로 상기 시편의 표면에서 반사되는 산란 반사광(반사각 β)의 세기를 검지하는 단계 및;각각 검지한 데이터를 식1로 계산하여 상기 시편의 확산계수를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 확산계수 측정방법.식 1여기에서, I(α)는 정반사광의 세기, I(β)는 β 방향의 반사광의 세기, k는 비례상수를 각각 나타낸다.
