Abstract
본 발명은 수분을 다량 함유한 슬러지나 음식물쓰레기을 고주파와 적외선을 병용하여 제거하는 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 컨베이어 벨트를 통해 이송되는 슬러지나 음식물쓰레기에 초음파와 적외선을 조사하여 그 속에 포함된 수분을 증발/기화시켜 제거하는 방법이다.The present invention relates to a method and a device for removing sludge or food waste containing a large amount of water in combination with high frequency and infrared rays, and irradiating ultrasonic waves and infrared rays to the sludge or food waste transported through a conveyor belt to contain moisture contained therein. 본 발명은 수분을 다량 함유한 슬러지나 음식물쓰레기을 고주파와 적외선을 병용하여 제거하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 컨베이어 밸트를 통해 이송되는 슬러지나 음식물쓰레기에 초음파와 적외선을 조사하여 그 속에 포함된 수분을 증발/기화시켜 제거하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.일반적으로, 가정이나 식당 혹은 단체 급식장소에서는 식사후 혹은 배식 후 남는 음식물이 내량으로 배출되어지게 된다.이러한 음식물 쓰레기는 매립하거나 수거하여 가금의 사료로 재가공되기도 한다. 특히 재가공하는 과정에 음식물 쓰레기에 포함된 수분은 게거되어야 한다.이외에도 오폐수속에 포함된 슬러지등은 별도로 수거하여 폐기처리하고 있으나 그 속에 포함된 수분의 함량이 높아(함수율이 75%) 후처리과정에서 많은 비용이 소요되고 있다.이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 압축방법과 장치를 이용하여 대부분 처리하는 것이 대부분이나 최대 효율치도 함수율이 73%정도이기 때문에 크게 효과가 떨어진다.그리고, 함수율이 높은 슬러지의 처리과정중 소각 및 매립에 소요되는 비용이 많고 또 2차 공해발생 즉 매립장에서 발생하는 침출수로 인해 지하수가 오염되는 등 문제점이 있어 왔다.참고로, 년간 서울에서 발생되는 슬러지량과 그 처리비용을 아래의 표와 같다. 이하 본 발명에 따른 적외선과 고주파를 이용한 슬러지 수분제거 장치에 대하여 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.도 1은 본 발명에 따른 적외선과 고주파를 이용한 슬러지 수분제거 장치를 예시적으로 도시한 개념도로서, 도면에서 참조번호 2, 자석이고 3은 슬러지 혹은 음식물 쓰레기이고, 4는 컨베이어 밸트이며, 5는 적외선 조사기, 6, 7은 고주판 양극, 음극판, 8, 환풍기, 10은 슬러지 교반 스크류, 11은 슬러지 파쇄기이다.상기한 2는 컨베이어 밸트(4)를 따라 이송하는 음식물 쓰레기 혹은 슬러지(3) 속에 포함된 금속성 이물질을 제거하기 위한 것으로, 자력에 의해 금속성 이물질을 수거하게 된다.고주파장치는 통상적인 고주파장치와 유사한 것으로 고주파 음극 및 양극판(7)(6)을 통해 고주파가 발생되어져 컨베이어밸트(4)를 따라 이송되는 음식물 쓰레기 혹은 슬러지(3)를 가열시키는 작용을 한다. 상기 음극 및 양극판(6)은 컨베이어 밸트(4)의 외부에 일정거리 이격되게 설치되어져 고주파 장치에 의해 고온의 열이 방사되어져 음식물 쓰레기나 슬러지(3)를 가열시키게 된다.파쇄기(11)는 음식물 쓰레기나 슬러지(3)속에 포함된 고형물 예를 들어 나무등과 같은 고형물질을 잘게 부수어 컨베이어 밸트(4)로 투입된다.환풍기(8)는 상기한 고주파장치에 의해 가열된 음식물 쓰레기난 슬러지(3)속에 포함된 수분이 증발될 때 수증기 등을 외부로 배출시키는 작용을 하여 건조능력을 촉진시키는 작용을 한다.적외선 조사기(5)는 적외선 건조로(9)에 포함되어 있으며, 전술할 고주파 장치와 마찬가지로 공지된 것으로, 컨베이어 밸트(4)의 내부에 설치되어져 컨베이어 벨트(4)상에서 이송되는 음식물 쓰레기나 슬러지(3)에 열을 쪼여 그 속에 포함된 수분을 가열시키는 작용을 한다.이상과 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 작용예를 역시 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.먼저 수거된 슬러지(3) 혹은 음식물 쓰레기속에 들어 있는 고형의 이물질을 육안으로 골라낸 뒤 슬러지 파쇄기(11)에 넣어 고형의 이물질을 잘게 부순다. 슬러지(3)나 음식물 쓰레기를 컨베이어 밸트(4)위로 투입하면 회전하는 컨베이어 벨트(4)에 의해 이송되면서 입구측에 설치된 자석(2)에 의해 금속성 이물질이 제거 되어지게 된다.그리고 슬러지(3)나 음식물 쓰레기는 고주파장치의 음극판(7)과 양극판(6) 사이를 통과하면서 슬러지(3) 흑은 음식물 쓰레기에 200∼250℃로 열이 가해져 가열되어진다. 가열된 슬러지(3)나 음식물 쓰레기는 내부에 포함된 수분이 증발되어 지고 증발도된 수증기는 환풍기(8)에 의해 외부로 배출되어진다.이때 대부분의 수분은 제거되어지며, 적외선 건조로(9)에 의해 적외선 조시기(5)에서 열이 발산되어 슬러지나 음식물 쓰레기의 내부로 열이 조사되어져 잔여수분을 제거하는 작용을 한다.이상에서 설명한 본 발명의 처리효율을 종래와 비교하여 보았다.표 2. 서울시 슬러지발생량과 그 처리비용 Hereinafter, a sludge water removal device using infrared rays and high frequencies according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
