Claims (2)
- 중량 %로 C : 0.015∼0.050%, Mn : 0.010% 이하, Zr : 0.002∼0.030%, P : 0.020% 이하, S : 0.015% 이하, Al : 0.04% 이하, N : 0.004% 이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소성변형비 이방성계수가 작고 가공성이 우수한 저탄소 냉연강판.
- 중량%로 C : 0.015∼0.050%, Mn : 0.010% 이하, Zr : 0.002∼0.030%, P : 0.020% 이하, S : 0.015% 이하, Al : 0.04% 이하, N : 0.004% 이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 성분의 강판을 1050∼1300℃에서 재가열하는 단계와;마무리 온도 890∼950℃, 권취온도 660∼750℃에서 열간압연하는 단계와;65∼90%의 압하율로 냉간압연하는 단계와;균열대온도 750∼870℃, 급냉대 냉각속도 20∼100℃/s, 과시효대 온도 350∼500℃에서 연속소둔하는 단계와;1.0∼2.0%의 압하율로 조질압연하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소성변형비 이방성계수가 작고 가공성이 우수한 저탄소 냉연강판의 제조방법.
