Description
Claims (13)
- 임피던스 가변 소자를 유전체 공진기에 접속시켜 형성된 주파수 가변 필터를 포함한 제 1 필터 ; 및주파수 통과 대역이 다른 복수의 탄성 표면파 필터와 상기 복수의 탄성 표면파 필터들 중 하나를 선택하는 스위칭 회로를 포함한 제 2 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서(duplexer).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터가 송신 필터로 사용되고 상기 제 2 필터가 수신 필터로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터가 대역 제거 필터(band elimination filter)로 작용하고 상기 제 2 필터는 대역 통과 필터로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터의 상기 임피던스 가변 소자가 PIN 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 필터의 상기 스위칭 회로가 PIN 다이오드를 사용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 필터의 상기 스위칭 회로가 GaAs 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주파수 가변 필터는 리액턴스 소자를 통해 전압을 제어할 수 있는 임피던스 가변 소자에 상기 유전체 공진기를 접속하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주파수 가변 필터는 상기 복수의 유전체 공진기를 상기 각 임피던스 가변 소자에 각각 접속하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 듀플렉서가, 상기 제 1 필터에 포함된 상기 주파수 가변 필터의 주파수를 제어하기 위한 제 1 제어 단자 ; 및상기 제 2 필터에 포함된 상기 스위칭 회로를 제어하기 위한 제 2 제어 단자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 필터에 포함된 상기 스위칭 회로가 상기 탄성 표면파 필터의 입력부 또는 상기 탄성 표면파 필터의 입력부 및 출력부 모두에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 듀플렉서가, 상기 제 1 필터에 포함된 상기 주파수 가변 필터의 주파수 및 상기 제 2 필터에 포함된 상기 스위칭 회로를 제어하기 위한 공통 제어 단자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 필터 및 상기 제 2 필터가 동일한 기판 위에 함께 집적(integrated)되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 듀플렉서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
