상기한 바와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 의하면 지거형 염색기를 사용하여 쪽 염색을 함으로써 종래에 손으로 염색하는 것에 비하여 염착, 발색, 수세를 하나의 기계 내에서 연속공정으로 할 수 있어 공정의 관리가 과학적이고 자동화가 가능함으로 제품의 품질이 균일하고 재현성이 있으며 인력의 절감은 물론 대량생산이 가능한 효과가 있다.According to the present invention configured as described above, dyeing, coloring, and washing can be done in one machine in a continuous process compared to conventional dyeing by hand by using a jigger-type dyeing machine.
