Claims (2)
- 장입물을 노정측으로 수송하여, 소정 위치에 도착하면 양 노정호퍼중 해당 호퍼를 배압처리한 후, 연/원료가 도착하면 이를 수입한 후, 균압처리하여 고로내로 장입시키는 용광로 장입공정의 편측 노정호퍼에 의한 연/원료 장입방법에 있어서,현재 장입하기 위해 수송되고 있는 장입물이 노정에 도착하고 해당 노정호퍼의 배압이 완료되어 노정호퍼로의 원료수입이 시작될 때, 다음 장입할 장입물이 배출되어 수송되도록 제어타이밍을 설정하여 연속으로 장입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 편측 노정호퍼에 의한 연/원료 장입방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장입물별로 순차적으로 이루어지는 각 단계의 소요시간인 노정도착시간, 배압시간, 수입시간, 균압시간, 장입시간을 순차적으로 대입하여, 장입총소요시간을 산출하고, 각 장입물별로 운반시간 및 장입완료시점을 비교하여, 다음 장입물에 대한 배출시간을 각각 다르게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편측 노정호퍼에 의한 연/원료 장입방법.
