Claims (8)
- 산화 반응기에서 파라크실렌을 액상 산화하여 테레프탈산을 생성시키는 산화 반응 공정과,산화 반응액을 정석하여 조테레프탈산을 분리하는 제1 분리 공정과,분리한 조테레프탈산을 물에 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 슬러리화 공정과,생성한 슬러리를 가열하여 조테레프탈산 용액을 형성하는 용액화 공정과,조테레프탈산 용액을 수소 첨가하는 수소 첨가 공정과,수소 첨가 반응액을 정석하여 고순도 테레프탈산을 분리하는 제2 분리 공정과,산화 반응에 의해 생성하는 액상 폐기물, 및 제1 및 제2 분리 공정의 분리액에서 얻어지는 고형 폐기물을 버너로 연소시킬 때, 적어도 고형 폐기물을 가연성 기름에 혼합하여 기름 슬러리의 상태로 버너에 공급하여 연소시키는 연소 공정과,연소 공정으로부터 열을 회수하여 상기 조테레프탈산 슬러리를 가열하는 가열 공정을 포함하는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,고형 폐기물을 가연성 기름에 혼합한 기름 슬러리와 액상 폐기물을 다른 버너에 공급하여 연소시키는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,액상 폐기물 및 고형 폐기물을 가연성 기름에 혼합한 기름 슬러리를 버너에 공급하는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조 방법.
- 제1항~3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,기름 슬러리를 40~300℃의 상태로 공급하는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조 방법.
- 제1항~3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,공기 예열기에 의해 연소 가스가 250~500℃에 있는 시간을 1초 이하로 되도록 냉각하는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조 방법.
- 제1항~3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,연소실에 설치된 1차 및 2차 연소 영역, 및 열교환부에 설치된 3차 연소 영역을 갖는 가열로에서 연소를 행하는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조 방법.
- 제1항~3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,직경 3mm 이상의 구멍을 3개 이상 갖는 버너팁을 사용하여 연소하는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조 방법.
- 제1항~3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,연소실을 나온 연소 배기 가스를 세정기에 도입하여, 세정액과 접촉시키는 세정 공정을 포함하는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조 방법.
