Abstract
Description
본 발명은 운전자가 기어변속을 위하여 변속레버를 정확히 위치시키지 못했을 때 이를 감지하여 기어를 정위치로 보정해 주도록 한 자동차 수동변속기의 오조작 보완방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for compensating a malfunction of an automotive manual transmission in which a gear is corrected to a correct position by sensing a driver when the shift lever can not be accurately positioned for gear shifting.
일반적으로 자동차의 엔진이 발생하는 토크는 회전속도의 변화에 상관없이 거의 일정하며 출력은 회전속도에 따라 크게 변화하는 특성이 있다. 그러나 자동차가 주행하는 경우에 필요로 하는 구동력은 도로상황 및 주행속도 등에 의해 크게 변화하므로 그것에 대응하기 위해 엔진과 구동바퀴 사이에서 토크를 변환시키는 장치가 필요하게 된다. 이를 실현하기 위한 장치가 변속기(Transmission)이고, 주행상태에 따라 적절히 구동력을 변환시킬 수 있도록 되어 있으며 수동변속기와 자동변속기로 구분된다.Generally, the torque generated by the engine of an automobile is substantially constant regardless of the change in the rotational speed, and the output varies greatly according to the rotational speed.
