이하, 본 발명에 따른 실리콘 검을 이용한 무봉재 실리콘라벨의 제조방법을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.도 1은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 무봉재 실리콘라벨의 제조방법을 나타내는 플로우챠트이다.이를 참조하면, 본 발명은 그 전체적인 제조공정에서 우선 소정의 라벨문양을 금형판에 형성시키는 단계를 포함한다.여기에 적용되는 금형판에는 대략 60-80 개정도의 라벨문양을 형성하게 된다.(제 10 단계 : ST-10)상기의 공정을 통하여 금형의 표면에 라벨문양이 형성되었으면, 원하는 색채의 안료를 적절하게 혼합한 실리콘 검을 금형내에 주입시킨다.이때 상기 실리콘검의 주입과정에서 금형판에 형성되어진 라벨문양이 형성되어진 깊이나 모양, 또는 실리콘의 점도에 따라 기포가 발생될 수 있으므로 이러한 발생되어진 기포는 탈포기를 이용하여 제거시켜 낸다.상기 공정을 통하여 금형내에 실리콘검의 주입이 완료되었으면 나이프등을 이용하여 금형판의 표면을 깨끗이 닦아낸다.상기의 공정을 통하여 실리콘검의 주입이 완료되고 표면이 깨끗하게 닦여진 금형을 라벨용 원단위에 엎어 놓고 일정온도의 열과 압력을 가해 라벨문양을 성형시킨다.(제 20 단계 : ST-20)금형내에 주입된 실리콘검이 성형완료되면 라벨원단이 접착된 금형판을 뒤집어 라벨원단 사이즈와 동일한 크기의 접착지를 대고 약 2 초간 프레스와 같은 가압장치를 통하여 이들을 상호 접착시킨 후 분리해내서 나이프커터(Knife cutter)로 성형완료된 각각의 라벨을 개별적으로 분리해 낸다.(제 30 단계 : ST-30)이렇게 분리되어진 라벨은 최종적으로 라벨 프레스를 이용하여 원하는 의류의 소정위치에 접착방식을 통하여 부착시킨다.이때 상기 라벨의 접착단계에서 사용되는 라벨 프레스는 상판은 열이 발생되지 않고 하판은 약 180-200도의 열이 발생되도록 하여 사용하게 된다.(제 40 단계: ST-40)Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing a seamless silicone label using a silicon gum according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
