Claims (1)
- 연속소둔설비 및 수직형 전기아연도금설비에서 탄소함량 200ppm 이상의 강판소재의 선상 도금층 표면 눌림현상을 제거하기 위하여, 전기아연도금강판의 제조를 위해 부여되는 전기아연도금 전 소지 표면의 조도 Ra 를 0.7∼0.4, 강판두께 0.5∼1.0mm 의 경우 적용되는 연신율을 1.0∼1.2% 범위로 두께 1.1mm 의 경우 1.2∼1.4%, 두께 1.2mm 의 경우 1.3% 적용을 특징으로 하는 강판제조방법과 전기아연도금 작업시 강판 스트립의 장력을 부여하는 유도로울(conduct roll)의 입측은 14, 출측은 42 인 압하량을 특징으로 하는 수직형 전기아연도금설비에서의 도금층 눌림 방지 강판의 제조방법
