- 연속압연에서 강판의 두께편차를 제어하는 판두께제어방법에 있어서,롤포스 자동판두께제어장치의 판두께제어를 잠시 중단하는 자동판두께제어장치의 제어중단단계와, 압연기에 설정된 제어이득을 조정하는 제어이득조정단계를 포함하며,상기 제어중단단계는 용접부의 위치가 파악된 곳에서부터 압연기의 상하부 워크롤까지의 거리를 강판의 진행속도로 나누어 용접부가 압연기에 도달하는 시각을 Ti로 하고, 용접부가 압연기에 도달하기 전에 롤포스 자동판두께제어장치의 제어를 중단시키는 시점에서 용접부가 압연기에 위치할 때까지의 시각을
Δ Δ Δ Δ 상기 제어이득의 조정단계는 첫 번째 압연기에서 마지막 압연기까지의 제어이득을 0.7±0.07와 0.5±0.05 및 0.3±0.03으로 단계적으로 제어이득값을 낮추어 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판두께제어방법.
