- 순수 분리된 바실러스 아밀로리퀘페이션스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)DS11 유래의 파이테이즈(phytase, 40mg/ml)로서, 4℃에서 5mM 칼슘 및 20% 2-메틸-2,4-펜탄디올이 함유된 0.1M MES 버퍼 (pH6.5)조건에서 생성된 결정구조(Crystal structure)가 4내지 5개의 안티-페러럴 β-스트랜드(anti-parallel β-strand)로 구성된 블레이드(blade) 6개의 내부에 3개의 고친화 칼슘 결합부위(high-affinity calcium binding site) 및 3개의 저친화 칼슘 결합부위(low-affinity calcium binding site)를 포함되 각 블레이드의 4번째 스트랜드(4th strand)가 다음 블레이드의 첫 번째 스트랜드(1st strand)의 상단부와 연결되어 상기 6개의 블레이드가 프로펠러 형태로 구성되어 있으며, C-말단과 1+3 콤비네이션(combination)을 이루는 N-말단조각(N-terminal segment)이 5번째 블레이드에 연결되어 여분의 엑스트라 β-스트랜드(extra β-strand)를 형성하고, 그 결정 형상이 P212121스페이스 그룹으로 결정화된 구조를 가지는 파이테이즈 결정(Crystal).
