Claims (2)
- 알루미늄재질로 된 사각판상의 음극판(20)과, 상기 음극판(20)의 양측단부에 일정폭과 두께를 갖고 수지물로 피복된 리본(22)과, 상기 음극판(20)의 상단면에 고정된 통전용 헤드바(24)와, 상기 헤드바(24)의 상면에 부설된 이송용 걸고리(26)를 포함하여 구성되는 전해 제련용 음극판에 있어서,상기 헤드바(24)로부터 하방향으로 135~155mm 위치까지 상기 음극판(20)의 전면 및 배면을 전부 감싸며 상기 리본(22)과 일체로 형성된 피복층(22')을 형성하고,상기 피복층(22')의 하단면은 상기 음극판(20)과 15~25°경사지게 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 제련용 음극판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복층(22')은 폴리에틸렌수지 혹은 폴리프로필렌수지로 된 상기 리본(22)이 먼저 스프레이 코팅된 후 리본(22)과 다른 재질인 에폭시수지로 2~5mm의 두께를 갖고 리본(22)과 별개로 피복형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 제련용 음극판.
