Claims (1)
- 고압가스용기 제조의 한 방법인 딥 드로잉 아이어닝(DDI, Deep Drawing Ironing)의 공법에 의한 1,900mm내외의 중·대형 고압가스용기의 제작공정중 용기제작을 위한 2,000mm이상의 컵 성형시 소재와 금형간의 마찰력을 최소화 하고 윤활작용을 원활케하여 냉간소성가공성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법에 있어서,탱크 1에 물을 채운 후 주성분이 가성소다(NaOH), 소다회(Na2CO3), 메타규산소다(Na2SiO3·5(H2O)) 등으로 구성된 탈지제를 투입하여 30%의 농도를 가지고 80~90℃의 온도를 유지하는 희석된 탈지액에 성형된 컵을 넣고 10분간 탈지시키는 단계,탱크 2에 물을 채운 후 상온에서 주성분이 인산(H3PO4), 황산(H2SO4) 등으로 구성된 제청제를 투입하여 33%의 농도를 가지고 50~60℃를 유지하는 희석된 제청액에 탱크 1에서 탈지시킨 컵을 넣고 5~10분간 산세척을 시키는 단계,탱크 3에 물을 채운 후 주성분이 인산(H3PO4), 산화아연(ZnO), 질산(HNO3) 등으로 구성된 피막제르 투입하여 18%의 농도를 가지고 65~75℃의 온도를 유지하는 희석된 피막액에 탱크 2에서 제청시킨 컵을 넣고 피막을 시키는 단계,탱크 4에 물을 채운 후 주성분이 수산화나트륨(NaOH) 등으로 구성된 중화제를 투입하여 0.3%의 농도를 가지는 희석된 중화액에 탱크 3에서 피막시킨 컵을 넣고 1~2분간 중화시키는 단계,탱크 5에 물을 채운 후 주성분이 스테아린산(C18H36O6), 붕사(Na2B4O3) 등으로 구성된 윤활제를 투입하여 10~15%의 농도를 가지는 희석된 윤활액에 탱크 4에서 중화시킨 컵을 넣고 4~5분간 윤활시키는 단계를 실시하므로써 딥 드로잉 공법에 의해 1,900mm내외의 중·대형 고압가스용기를 제작할 수 있는 2,000mm이상의 컵 성형이 가능하도록 냉간소성가공성을 향상시켜 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥 드로잉 아이어닝 공법에서의 인산염 피막처리 방법.
