Claims (2)
- Cr: 22중량%이상 및 Ni: 12중량%이상을 함유하는 고 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강을 열간압연하여 선재를 제조한 다음, 수냉상자를 거쳐 레잉헤드가 구비되어 있는 레잉식 권취설비를 이용하여 권취하는 고 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강의 열간압연선재의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 선재의 권취시 수냉상자를 이용하여 상기 레잉헤드 입구에서의 선재표면온도를 690-840℃로 제어하고, 상기 레잉헤드 출구에서의 선재표면온도를 730-940℃로 제어하여 선재표면의 경도를 증대시켜 선재표면의 스크래치 결함이 저감되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강 열간압연 선재의 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수냉상자가 추가로 설치된 것임을 특징으로 하는 고Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강 열간압연 선재의 제조방법
