Claims (1)
- 형상기억 합금을 이용하여 온도 변화에 따라 개폐구를 자동으로 개폐할 수 있도록 하는 통상의 환풍기에 있어서, 환기구 통체(1) 내부에는 원판형의 개폐판(2)을 회전 축(3)을 힌지점으로 회동 가능토록 설치하고, 상기 회전 축(3)의 일측 단 "ㄱ"자 형 절곡 단부와 환기구 통체(1)의 외면 하부일측에 부착고정 설치되는 형상기억 합금 코일(5)이 내장된 온도조절기(4) 사이를 끈(6)으로 연결하여 개폐 작동 될 수 있도록 설치하되, 상기 온도조절기(4)는 외부 케이스(7)의 내부에서 승강 가능토록 삽입되는 내부 케이스(8) 내측 상하에 압축코일 스프링(9)과 가온 상태에서 수축 작용되는 형상기억 합금코일(5)을 내장 설치하고, 이들 사이에는 상기 끈(6)의 하단이 체결된 볼(10)을 끼워 설치하여 걸려져 당김 작용될 수 있도록 하며, 상기 외부 케이스(7)의 하단부에는 내부 케이스(8)의 하단에 상부측이 나사결합 체결되는 온도조절 핸들(11)을 장착 설치하여 핸들을 정, 역회전 시키는 것에 따라 형상기억 합금코일(5)의 작용 폭을 조절할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 환기구 통체(1)의 상부측에는 원주 상 경사각으로 날개(13)들이 배열 설치된 회전 환기통(12)을 장착 설치하며, 내부에는 삼각대 형의 지지대(14)를 설치하고, 그 중심에 수직으로 상, 하에 베어링(16a)(16b)이 설치된 회전 지주(15)를 세워 설치하여 환기통(12)을 회전 지지할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 무동력 자동온도 조절 환풍기.
