Claims (1)
- 전기집진기의 유입부(60)에 설치되는 전기집진용 예비 플라즈마 SO3변환 및 분진응집기에 있어서,(+)(-) 극성의 펄스 하전을 각각 동시에 공급하는 펄스하전 공급장치(20)와;배기 가스의 유동방향과 가로지르는 방향으로 연장되어 있고, 상기 펄스하전 공급장치(20)의 (+) 펄스하전 공급부에 연결되는 양극형성 방전극(11')과;이 양극형성 방전극(11')과 나란히 설치되어 있으며, 상기 펄스하전 공급장치(20)의 (-) 펄스하전 공급부에 연결되는 음극형성 방전극(11')과;상기 양극형성 방전극(11')과 음극형성 방전극(11')을 각각 둘러싸는 접지극(12)과:로 구성되고,상기 양극형성 방전극(11'), 음극형성 방전극(11') 및 접지극(12)은 배기 가스의 유동방향으로 1개 이상 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기집진용 예비 플라즈마 SO3변환 및 분진응집기.
