Claims (1)
- 입도가 600∼8000메쉬 정도로 되는 용융알루미나(Fused Al2O3)를 지립으로 하고,상기 지립에 습윤제[열경화성 페놀수지 액상에 에틸알콜로 희석해서 사용하거나 furfural을 사용]를 투입하여 배합기로 약 20분 정도 배합하여 지립외부를 코팅하는 공정과,상기 지립에 습윤제의 코팅이 완료되면 열경화성 수지(Hexa-methylene tetramine을 함유하고 있는 것)분말을 20∼50wt를 첨가하여 약 2시간 정도 혼합하는 공정과,상기 혼압된 배합물을 40메쉬 정도의 체(Sieve)에 전통시킨 후 일정한 형틀에 넣고 약 100∼180℃에서 50∼200㎏/㎠으로 열간프레스하는 공정과,열간프레싱이 완료된 제품을 탈형하여 약120℃∼200℃ 범위에서 소성하는 공정으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강구(Ball Bearing) 가공용 레지노이드 연삭숫돌(Resinoid wheel)의 제조방법.
