Claims (8)
- 무기재료 분말을 입도조절하고 바인더를 사용하여 습식 입상화 공정(Wet Agglomeration Process)을 통해 입상화시킨 무기재료 분말의 입상 조성물에 있어서, 석회질비료, 규산질비료, 제오라이트 및 벤토나이트 중에서 선택된 함수율 3%의 무기재료 분말의 조성이 1200 ∼ 1800㎛체를 98%이상 통과하고 500 ∼ 700㎛체를 60%이상 통과하는 입도를 가진 분말 80 ∼ 95 중량%와, 100 ∼ 200㎛체를 98%이상 통과하고 60 ∼ 80㎛체를 80%이상 통과하는 입도를 가진 분말 20 ∼ 5 중량% 로 구성되어 있고, 0.5 ∼ 3 중량% 농도의 바인더 수용액으로 입상화된 후 함수율 1 중량%미만으로 건조된 것을 특징으로 하는 무기재료 분말의 입상 조성물.

- 무기재료 분말을 입도조절하고 바인더를 첨가하여 습식 입상화 공정(Wet Agglomeration Process)을 통해 입상화시켜서 무기재료 분말의 입상 조성물을 제조함에 있어서, 함수율 3%의 무기재료 분말을 전처리 분쇄하여 1200 ∼ 1800㎛체를 98%이상 통과하고 500 ∼ 700㎛체를 60%이상 통과하는 입도를 가진 분말 80 ∼ 95 중량%와, 100 ∼ 200㎛체를 98%이상 통과하고 60 ∼ 80㎛체를 80%이상 통과하는 입도를 가진 분말 20 ∼ 5 중량%를 혼합하고, 여기에 0.5 ∼ 3 중량% 농도의 바인더 수용액을 전체 조성에 대하여 5 ∼ 15 중량%로 첨가 혼합하여 분말상의 표면에 균질 코팅시켜서 모관수역(Capillary phase)하의 함수율 5 ∼ 15 중량%인 입상 그린펠렛을 제조한 다음, 이를 150 ~ 300℃의 온도에서 함수율 1 중량% 미만으로 건조시켜서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 무기재료 분말이 입상화된 입상 조성물의 제조방법.

- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수용액은 100rpm 이상의 고속교반, 무기재료 분말의 굴림(Tumbling) 방법 또는 스프레이 방법으로 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 그린펠렛의 건조는 유동층건조기, 회전식건조기 또는 벨트 건조기를 사용하여 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상 조성물의 제조방법.
- 상기 제1항의 무기재료 분말의 입상 조성물을 함유하는 토양개량제.
