Claims (2)
- 탄성강판의 판체(10)로 되며, 각면 또는 각모서리 부분에는 절개부(11)에 의해 일단부만 상기 판체(10)에 연결되는 감지편(20)들이 일체로 부설된 전자저울용 로드셀에 있어서,상기 감지편(20)들이 판체(10)에 연결되는 연결부분과 이 연결부분으로부터 일정간격으로 격리된 외단부측의 양측에 각각 요입홈(21)(21')들을 마주하게 만곡 형성하여 이들 요입홈 사이에 폭이 좁은 감지부(22)(22')들이 각각 형성되게 하여 변형강도를 조절하므로 편하중 오차의 보정이 가능토록 구성하며,상기 감지편(20)의 감지부(22)(22')들의 저면에는 스트레인 게이지(S1∼S8)를 각각 착설하고 이들 게이지(S1∼S8)는 전기적으로 브릿지 회로로 구성하여 판체 (10)의 어느 위치에서나 같은 하중에서 동일출력으로 보정할 수 있게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자저울용 로드셀.
- 각면 또는 각 모서리부분에는 감지편(20)들이 일단부만 연결되게 부설된 판체(10)와, 이 판체의 상기 각 감지편(20)들의 외단부의 저면을 외단부 상면에 착설하는 받침부재(40)와, 저울내부의 바닥판에 착설되는 고정부재(50)와, 상기 받침부재(40)의 내단부 저면과 고정부재(50)의 외단부 상면에 각각 형성된 볼홈(44)(51)들 사이에 개재되는 볼(60)과, 상기 받침부재(40)의 외단을 걸어주게 바닥판에 착설되는 걸이부재(80)들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자저울용 플랫폼.
