Claims (2)
- 아날로그 전압(AVref)을 입력으로 기준 전압(Vref)을 출력하는 래더부와, 아날로그 입력 신호와 기준 전압(Vref)간의 전압차를 증폭하여 리셋 비트를 출력하는 비교기와, 상기 래더부에 구비된 복수개의 변환 블럭을 선택하기 위한 로(row) 디코더와, 상기 래더부에서 변환된 값을 선택하기 위한 컬럼 디코더와, 어드레스를 저장하여 상기 로(row) 디코더와 컬럼 디코더에 제공하는 어드레스 레지스터와, 이 어드레스 레지스터의 각 비트를 순차적으로 인에이블시키기 위한 시프트 레지스터와, 상기 래더부에 구비된 임의번째 저항의 양단 전압을 n등분하여 그 분할된 전압중 하나를 상기 하위 어드레스와 하위 시프트값에 따라 선택하여 상기 비교기의 충전 전위를 변화시키는 D/A 변환기를 구비하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 아날로그/디지털 변환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, D/A 변환기는 래더부에 구비된 임의 번째 저항(Ri)의 양단에 직렬 접속된 복수개의 전송 게이트와, 이 복수개의 전송 게이트의 각각의 접속점의 전위를 각기 선택하기 위한 복수개의 스위치와, 어드레스 디코더의 하위 어드레스와 시프트 레지스터의 하위 시프트값을 입력으로 상기 복수개의 스위치중 하나를 온시키는 디코더와, 상기 복수개의 스위치중 온된 스위치가 선택한 전위(rv)를 충전하여 비교기에 구비된 콘덴서로 인가하는 콘덴서로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 아날로그/디지털 변환기.
