Claims (2)
- 알루미늄계 합금인 알루미늄과 규소를 40계열 알루미늄87~89%와 규소5~13%로 혼합 하여 전기로에서 충분히 용해한 후, 30분간 안정화시간을 유지하고, 그 용탕을 뚜껑을 구비한 전기로에 장입하여 용탕온도가 융점보다 150~200℃ 높은 온도에 도달하게 되면 뚜껑을 열어 용탕의 흐름을 안정화시킨 후, 질소가스(N2)를 분사하여 제조된 알루미늄파우더 30~55%와;불산과 수산화알루미늄과 탄산칼륨으로 제조된 불화알미늄칼륨(KALF4) 8~15%와; 및고정제 40~60%;의 혼합으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용접용 플럭스의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정제는 합성수지(RESIN) 5~20%, 솔벤트(SOLVENT) 80~95%로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용접용 플럭스의 제조방법.
