Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 밸브헤드 상에 공압유로를 밀봉하는 밀봉 플러그가 용접되고 밸브수단의 밸브스템을 수직이동자재케 함과 동시에 밸브의 밀폐력을 유지시키도록 축봉부에 밀봉수단인 글랜드 패킹 및 랜턴 링이 개재되고, 밸브헤드 상부에 상기 밀봉수단을 가압하여 고정하는 글랜드 팔로우어 및 글랜드 부싱이 설치된 밸브의 밀봉수단 제거방법에 있어서,밸브수단을 최상부로 위치이동시키면서 밸브스템의 백시트와 축봉부와 통하는 밸브헤드의 내측에 맞닿게 하여 그 상부를 밀폐하는 단계;밀봉 플러그를 탈거시킨 다음 탈거된 공압유로를 통해 액화질소를 주입하여 글랜드 패킹 및 랜턴 링을 수축시키는 단계;상기 공압유로를 통해 분말형 밀봉재를 주입하여 수축된 글랜드 패킹 및 랜턴 링과 축봉부 사이의 틈새를 메우는 단계;글랜드 팔로우어 및 글랜드 부싱을 밸브헤드로부터 분리시키는 단계;상기 공압유로를 통해 물을 가압하여 글랜드 패킹 및 랜턴 링을 제거하는 단계; 로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 밸브의 랜턴 링 및 글랜드 패킹의 제거방법.
