Abstract

본 발명은 폴리우레탄 폼을 이용한 양면 원단 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 단일원단으로 되어 있어 보온효과가 결여될 뿐만 아니라 보온을 위해 두께를 두껍게 한 만큼 무게가 무거워져 의류 및 신발의 경우는 착용감이 떨어지고, 한 쪽면만을 사용하므로 활용의 효율성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 2mm 이내의 두께를 갖는 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 일측면을 약 800℃의 엘.피.지(LPG)(2) 화력으로 녹이면서 0.2mm~0.3mm 두께의 제1원단(3)과 함께 분당 약 60M의 속도로 회전하는 약 200Kg의 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 사이로 통과시켜 순간 압력 및 냉각으로 상호 접착시키는 제1공정과; 상기 제1공정에 의해서 일측면에 제1원단(3)이 접착된 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 타측면을 약1000℃의 엘.피.지(2) 화력으로 녹이면서 0.2mm~0.3mm 두께의 제2원단(4)과 함께 분당 30M의 속도로 회전하는 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 사이로 통과시켜 순간 압력 및 냉각으로 상호 접착시키는 제2공정으로 폴리우레탄 폼을 이용한 양면원단을 제조함으로써 우수한 보온효과를 갖는 의류 및 가방, 신발, 시트커버 등의 생산이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 의류 및 신발은 무게가 가벼워 착용감이 향상되고, 양면을 모두 사용할 수 있어 활용의 효율성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 인체에 유해한 접착제를 사용하지 않음으로써 상기 접착제로 인한 유해 요소를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과를 갖게 된다.

본 발명은 서로 다른 원단을 접착시켜서 된 양면원단에 관한 것으로, 특히 상기 원단 사이에 폴리우레탄 폼을 개재시켜 보온성 및 사용의 편의성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 폴리우레탄 폼을 이용한 양면원단 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 각종 의류나 가방, 신발 및 시트커버 등에 사용되는 원단은 일측면만 사용되는 단일원단으로서, 폴리에스터, 나일론, 직물, 니트, 가죽 등이 이에 속한다. 그러므로 종래에는 양쪽면을 모두 사용할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 보온효과가 결여되는 문제점이 있었고, 동절기에는 보온을 위해 통상적으로 그 두께를 두껍게 하여 사용하기 때문에 그 두께 만큼이나 무게가 무거워져 의류 및 신발의 경우에는 착용감이 결여되며, 가방의 경우는 들고 다니기가 힘든 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 폴리우레탄 폼(Polyurethane foam)이란, 폴리우레탄 발포체(發泡體)로 다가(多價) 알코올과 디이소시아네이트(diisocyanate)로 만들어지는 스폰지 모양의 다공질(多孔質) 물질을 말하는 것으로서, 가볍고 보온성이 우수한 특성을 가지고 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 보온효과가 우수하면서도 가볍고, 양면을 모두 사용할 수있도록 하는데 있다. 본 발명의 다른 목적은 인체에 유해한 접착제를 사용하지 않고서도 서로 다른 원단을 접착시킬 수 있도록 하는데 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2mm 이내의 두께를 갖는 폴리우레탄 폼의 일측면을 약 800℃의 엘.피.지(LPG) 화력으로 녹이면서 0.2mm~0.3mm 두께의 제1원단과 함께 분당 약 60M의 속도로 회전하는 약 200Kg의 냉각롤러 사이로 통과시켜 순간 압력 및 냉각으로 상호 접착시키는 제1공정과; 상기 제1공정에 의해서 일측면에 제1원단이 접착된 폴리우레탄 폼의 타측면을 약1000℃의 엘.피.지(LPG) 화력으로 녹이면서 0.2mm~0.3mm 두께의 제2원단과 함께 분당 30M의 속도로 회전하는 냉각롤러 사이로 통과시켜 순간 압력 및 냉각으로 상호 접착시키는 제2공정으로 이루어진 폴리우레탄 폼을 이용한 양면원단 및 이의 제조방법이 제공된다.

이하 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여 본 발명의 제조방법을 실시예에 따라 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제1공정을 설명하기 위한 예시도이고 도 2는 본 발명의 제2공정을 설명하기 위한 예시도로서 이에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명은 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 일측면에 제1원단(3)을 접착시키는 제1공정과, 상기 제1공정에 의해서 일측면에 제1원단(3)이 접착된 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 타측면에 상기 제1원단(3)과 다른 제2원단(4)을 접착시키는 제2공정으로 이루어진다.
즉, 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 일측면에 가죽 원단이 접착되면 타측면에는 상기 가죽과 다른 폴리에스테르 원단이 접착되거나 또는 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 일측면에 나일론 원단이 접착되면 타측면에는 직물 원단이 접착되는 식으로 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 양측면에 서로 다른 원단이 접착되는 것이다.
이를 좀더 상세히 설명하면, 상기 제1공정에서 폴리우레탄 폼(1)과 제1원단(3)은 가열 후, 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 사이를 통과하면서 발생하는 순간 압착력 및 냉각에 의해서 상호 접착이 이루어지는 것이다.
즉, 약 800℃에 달하는 엘.피.지(2)(LPG;liquefied petroleum gas)의 화력으로, 열에 약하고 발포체인 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 일측면이 가열되고, 상기 가열에 의해서 그 일측면이 녹은 상기 폴리우레탄 폼(1)은 별도로 공급되는 제1원단(3)과 함께 회전하는 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 사이를 통과하게 되는데, 이때 상기 제1원단(3)은 가열에 의해서 녹은 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 일측면 상으로 공급된다.
그리고, 상기 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 사이를 통과하는 폴리우레탄 폼(1)과 제1원단(3)은 약 200Kg의 무게를 갖고 분당 약 60M의 속도로 회전함과 동시에 냉각수(6)가 펌프(7)에 의하여 냉각수공급관(8)을 통하여 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 내부로 공급되는 냉각수단에 의해서 상시 저온상태를 유지하는 냉각롤러(5)(5A)에 의해서 순간 압착됨과 동시에 냉각되면서 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 일측면에 제1원단(3)이 접착되는 제1공정이 이루어지는 것이다.
이렇게 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 일측면에 제1원단(3)이 접착된 후에는 다시 상기 제1원단(3)이 접착된 폴리우레탄 폼(1)이 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 측으로 재공급되면서 제1공정과 같이 엘.피.지(LPG)(2) 화력에 의해서 상기 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 타측면이 약 1000℃의 온도로 가열되는 제2공정이 이루어지는 것이다. 이때에도 제1공정과 같은 냉각수단에 의하여 냉각롤러(5)(5A)는 상시 저온상태를 유지하게되는 것이다.
이에 따라 폴리우레탄의 타측면은 녹게 되고, 그 상태로 별도 공급되는 제2원단(4)과 함께 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 사이를 통과하게 되는데, 이때에도 상기 제2원단(4)은 가열에 의해 녹은 상태인 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 타측면 상으로 공급된다.
그리고, 상기 폴리우레탄 폼(1) 및 제2원단(4)은 분당 30M의 속도로 회전하는 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 사이를 통과하면서 순간 압착됨과 동시에 냉각되면서 접착이 이루어짐으로써 일련의 공정을 완료하게 됨은 물론 폴리우레탄 폼(1)을 이용한 양면 원단을 제조할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
한편, 상기 폴리우레탄 폼(1)은 대략 2mm 의 두께로 형성되고, 상기 제1원단(3) 및 제2원단(4)은 0.2mm~0.3mm의 두께로 형성된다. 그러나 그 두께는 이에 국한되지 않고 제품에 따라 조절하여도 무방한다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 폴리우레탄 폼을 이용한 양면 원단을 제조할 수 있도록 함으로써 보다 우수한 보온효과를 갖는 의류 및 가방, 신발, 시트커버 등의 생산이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 의류 및 신발은 무게가 가벼워 착용감이 향상되고, 가방은 들고 다니기 편한 이점이 있다. 또한 양면을 모두 사용할 수 있어 활용의 효율성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 인체에 유해한 접착제를 사용할 필요가 없는 것이므로 접착제로 인한 유해 요소를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 동시에 발포지나 PVC원단으로 이루어진 가방지를 대체할 수 있는 등의 이점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 양면에 화염을 부여하여 그 표면을 살짝 녹이면서, 그 양측면에 2장의 천을 압착하여 양면원단을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
    2mm 이내의 두께를 갖는 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 일측면 표면을 약 800℃의 엘.피.지(LPG)(2) 화력으로 녹이면서 0.2mm∼0.3mm 두께의 제1원단(3)과 함께 분당 약 60M의 속도로 회전하는 약 200Kg의 냉각롤러(5)(5A)들 사이로 통과시켜 순간 압력 및 냉각으로 상호 접착시키는 제1공정과;
    상기 제1공정에 의해서 일측면에 제1원단(3)이 접착된 폴리우레탄 폼(1)의 타측면 표면을 약1000℃의 엘.피.지(2) 화력으로 녹이면서 0.2mm∼0.3mm 두께의 제2원단(4)과 함께 분당 30M의 속도로 회전하는 냉각롤러(5)(5A)들 사이로 통과시켜 순간 압력 및 냉각으로 상호 접착시키는 제2공정으로 이루어지고;
    상기 냉각롤러(5)(5A)는 냉각수(6)가 펌프(7)와 냉각수 공급관(8)을 통해 냉각롤러(5)(5A) 내부로 공급되는 냉각수단에 의해서 상시 저온상태를 유지하면서 순간 압착되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼을 이용한 양면원단 제조방법.
  2. 상기 제1항의 제조방법에 의해서 만들어진 폴리우레탄 폼을 이용한 양면원단.
