CONSTITUTION: Cowl top panel structure of a vehicle comprises a cowl top lower panel(10) having a U shaped section; an extension unit(11) curved upward by being integrally formed on a lower portion of the cowl top lower panel; a cowl top outer panel(12) attached to an inner end portion of the cowl top lower panel; a windshield glass(13) supported by the cowl top outer panel; a supporting panel(14) connecting the cowl top outer panel to the cowl top lower panel; a clearance space unit(15) formed between an end portion of the cowl top outer panel and the extension unit of the cowl top lower panel; and a dash panel(20). Thereby, the cowl top panel structure of the vehicle reduces a producing cost by minimizing welding portion.
