Claims (1)
- 탄화규소 등의 연마제 입자를 미세입도인 P240, P280, P320, P360, P400, P500, P600, P800, P1000, P1200, P1400으로 분리하기 위한 방법에 있어서,8메시 통과분의 연마제 원료를 함마밀(1)에 의해 35메시 통과분으로 분쇄하는 분쇄공정(a)과;분쇄된 연마제 원료를 자석(15)이 설치된 회전드럼(14)를 통과시켜 연마제에 포함된 철분의 낙하방향을 변경되도록 하여 연마제 원료에 혼합된 철분을 분리하는 탈철공정(b)과;탈철된 35메시 통과분의 연마제 원료를 제트밀(20)에 의해 140메시 통과분으로 분쇄하는 미분쇄공정(c)과;미분쇄된 상기 연마제 원료를 물로 세척하여서 입자에 포함된 불순물을 제거하고 입자간의 정전 응집력을 제거하는 수세공정(d)과;세 개씩 연결설치된 다섯쌍의 습식분급기에 의해 비중이 가벼운 상등액은 오버플로우되어 연결된 다음 습식분급기로 공급되고, 다섯쌍의 습식분급기 중 첫 번째 습식분급기의 침전액토출구에는 각각 교반조가 연결되어 침전액 토출구로부터 배출되는 비중이 무거운 침전액을 다음라인의 첫 번째 습식분급기로 공급하며, 각각의 습식분급기의 침전액토출구 하측에는 토출되는 침전액을 받도록 트레이를 설치하여 상기 트레이에 P240, P280, P320, P360, P400, P500, P600, P800, P1000, P1200, P1400의 입자의 크기를 가지는 연마제를 분리시키는 습식분급공정(e)과;입도별로 분리된 연마제를 다수의 트레이(71)상에 적재하고 이트레이를 이동대차(72)에 적재한 후 열풍건조로(70)를 통과시켜서 연마제에 함유된 수분을 완전히 건조시키는 건조공정(f)과;상기 각각의 스크린 상에 분리된 연마제를 각각의 포장용기(80)에 담아 밀봉시키는 포장공정(g)으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세입도 연마제 제조방법.
