Claims (5)
- 반사전극이 형성된 제 1의 기판과 투명전극이 형성된 제 2의 기판이 상기 반사전극과 상기 투명전극이 대향하도록 배치되고, 상기 제 1과 제 2의 기판사이에는 액정층이 끼워 유지되고, 상기 제 2의 기판쪽에 편광판이 배치되고, 이 편광판과 상기 제 2의 기판과의 사이에 위상차판이 개재삽입되고, 상기 편광판의 흡수축방향과 상기 제 2의 기판에 가장 근접하고 있는 액정분자의 긴축방향이 평행하지 않는 반사형 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정층에 인가되는 전압에 따라서 변화하는 반사광의 색도를 Yxy표색계에 의해 표시하였을 경우에, 상기 반사광에 대해서의 x 및 y의 값이, x-y≤0의 관계를 만족시키고, 또한 각각 0.23≤x≤0.35, 0.23≤y≤0.37의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 반사전극이 형성된 제 1의 기판과 투명전극이 형성된 제 2의 기판이 상기 반사전극과 상기 투명전극이 대향하도록 배치되고, 상기 제 1과 제 2의 기판사이에는 액정층이 끼워유지되고, 상기 제 2의 기판쪽에 편광판이 배치된 반사형 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정층에 인가되는 전압에 따라서 변화하는 반사광의 색도를 Yxy표색계에 의해 표시하였을 경우, 상기 반사광에 대해서의 x 및 y의 값이, x-y≤0의 관계를 만족시키고, 또한 각각 0.23≤x≤0.35, 0.23≤y≤0.37의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 반사광의 반사율을 Yxy표색계의 Y에 의해 표시하였을 경우에, 상기 전압에 따라서 변화하는 Y를 8등분해서 낮은쪽으로부터 차례로 Y1∼Y8로 하면, 상기 Y가 Y1의 범위에 있을때에는, 상기 반사광에 대해서의 x 및 y의 값이 각각 0.23≤x≤0.32, 0.23≤y≤0.30의 범위에 있고, 또한 상기 Y가 Y8의 범위에 있을때에는, 상기 반사광에 대해서의 x 및 y의 값이 각각 0.28≤x≤0.35, 0.28≤y≤0.37의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항∼제 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반사광의 반사율을 Yxy표색계의 Y에 의해 표시하였을 경우에, 상기 전압에 따라서 변화하는 Y를 8등분해서 낮은쪽으로부터 차례로 Y1∼Y8로 하면, 상기 Y가 Y2∼Y7의 범위에 있을때에는, 상기 반사광에 대해서의 x 및 y의 값이 각각 0.25≤x≤0.34, 0.26≤y≤0.35의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1∼4의 어느 한 항에 기재의 반사형 액정표시장치의 상기 제 2의 기판쪽에, 또 컬러필터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
