Claims (5)
- 알루미늄 용해시에 발생되는 알루미늄드로스를 처리함에 있어서,상기 알루미늄드로스를 파쇄하여 크기에 따라 분류한 다음 입자 크기가 약 1mm 보다 큰 것은 재용해하여 알루미늄 금속을 회수하고, 크기가 이보다 작은 것들은 수산화나트륨 용액으로 침출하여 드로스 중의 알루미늄 성분을 수산화나트륨 용액중으로 용해시킨 다음, 침출한 여과용액에 소량의 수산화알루미늄 종자를 첨가하여 가수분해시킴으로써 수산화알루미늄을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄드로스의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 공정에 의해 알루미늄드로스를 수산화나트륨 용액으로 침출하여 드로스 중의 알루미늄과 수산화나트륨 및 물과의 반응에 의하여 수소 가스를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄드로스의 재활용방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기의 공정에 의해 알루미늄드로스를 수산화나트륨으로 침출시 수산화나트륨 농도 10-20%, 드로스와 침출용액과의 광액농도를 100-200g/l로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄드로스의 재활용 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 방법에 따라 알루미늄드로스를 수산화나트륨 용액으로 침출시킨 후, 침출잔사를 수세, 건조 및 배소하고 이를 골재 및 알루미나시멘트와 혼합하여 알루미나질 캐스타블내화물을 제조할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄드로스의 재활용 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기의 공정에 따라 알루미늄드로스를 캐스타블 원료로 사용시 캐스타블 배합원료 중 미세골재용으로 대체 사용하며, 배합량은 전체의 15% 이내로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄드로스의 재활용 방법.
