Claims (1)
- 조알곤을 정제하여 순알곤을 생산하는 설비에서 조알곤내에 함유된 산소성분을 제거하는 장치에 있어서, 개평연산기(127)에서 출력된 조알곤 유량신호와, 산소분석기(133)에서 출력된 산소함유율 신호 및, 제 2반응기(140)의 수소측정기(160)에서의 출구잉여수소함유율을 입력신호로 하고, 아래의 식 I)과 식 II)에 의한 출력값 A) 과 B)를 산출하여 출력값 A)은 제 1반응기(112)의 수소량 비율로 하고, 출력값 B)은 제 2반응기(120)의 수소량비율로 설정하는 비율 발생기 (10)를 추가 포함하며,여기서, PV1 : 조알곤 유량PV2 : 산소함유율PV3 : 제 2반응기의 출구잉여 수소함유율상수 : 2임을 특징으로 하는 산소반응기의 수소투입분할장치.
