Claims (5)
- 적어도 하나의 전자 빔을 생성하는 진공 봉합체 수단을 포함하는 음극선관을 구비한 음극선관 장치로서, 상기 전자 빔의 진행 방향에서 볼 때 상기 진공 봉합체 수단의 후측에는 제어 전극과, 제1 및 제2 렌즈 전극을 구비한 가속성 정초점 형성 렌즈와, 주초점 형성 렌즈가 연속하여 설치되어 있고, 상기 전극들 각각은 적어도 하나의 전자 빔이 통과하는 구멍을 가지며, 상기 음극선관 장치는 전압을 상기 전극들에 공급하는 수단을 더 포함하며, 상기 음극선관은 상기 진공 봉함체의 내측에 인광성 스크린을 더 구비하고 있는 상기 음극선관 장치에 있어서, 전압을 상기 전극들에 공급하는 상기 수단은 상기 제어 전극 및 상기 제1 렌즈 전극간의 전압차(VG2)를 공급하는 수단을 포함하고, 상기 VG2는 800V보다 크고, S12를 상기 제어 전극 및 상기 제1 전극간의 거리로 하는 경우 VG2/S12는 4keV/mm보다 크며, 동작중에는 상기 전자 빔의 빔 전류는 약 1mA의 상한치로 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 VG2/S12는 6keV/mm 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 VG2/S12는 9keV/mm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 전극의 구멍 크기는 0.5mm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 전극의 구멍 크기는 0.15mm 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 장치.
