Abstract

PURPOSE: An industrial gas burner is provided to extend life span of a flame stabilizing cup, and to perform a complete combustion through conveniently mixing air and gas while distributing gas to external circumference of the flame stabilizing cup. CONSTITUTION: Air is transferred to an air injection hole(11) for being inputted to a burner main body(10). Then, the air is injected to a space between a flame stabilizing cup(40) and a ceramic burner nozzle(16). The air passing through an external groove(21) of a spraying nozzle(18) and an air input hole(22) generates turbulence. Gas is supplied to a gas injection hole(12) for being vented to a spraying hole(19) of the spraying nozzle by passing through a gas supply pipe(15). Therefore, the air and the gas are conveniently mixed. The mixed gas is ignited by an ignition rod(23). Then, the sprayed gas is diffused to an inner circumference of a flame stabilizing cup(40) by a flame stabilizer(30). Then, the gas is mixed with air inputted through an air input hole(41) to perform complete combustion. A protruded rim(42) is formed on a front end of the flame stabilizing cup to extend life span of the flame stabilizing cup.
