본 발명은 가스연소기기용으로 널리 사용하고 있는 예혼합방식의 가스버너에 공급되는 가스연료와 연소용 공기를 사전에 혼합(예혼합)시켜 가스버너에서 혼합연료가스가 연소될 시에 완전연소가 이루어지도록 함으로 인해 보일러의 열효율을 최대화함과 동시에 연소시 발생되는 유해 가스의 발생을 최소화 할 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 외부 몸체의 일측에 연료를 공급하기 위한 가스연료를 공급하기 위한 가스연료 공급부와 내주몸체의 원주방향으로 형성된 복수개의 노즐로 형성하되, 상기 외부 몸체의 내부 양측으로 가스연료를 동일한 압력으로 형성 · 분출하기 위한 제1챔퍼와 제2챔퍼를 형성하며, 상기 제1챔퍼와 제2챔펄퍼를 연결하는 작은 틈새를 형성하며, 상기 내부몸체의 내측으로 연소용 공기와 가스연료가 일정하게 혼합할 수 있도록 벤츄리부로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 보일러의 고부하 가스연료연소용 초소형 예혼합장치이다.The present invention mixes (premixes) gas fuel and combustion air supplied to a premixed gas burner widely used for a gas combustion device, and thus complete combustion occurs when the mixed fuel gas is burned in the gas burner.
