Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of nutrient solution for producing seed ginger from seedlings from ginger tissue culture, which can produce a large amount of seed ginger within reduced time. CONSTITUTION: The composition includes 11.0me/l of NO3, 0.5me/l of NH4, 1.5me/l of P, 8.0me/l of K, 3.0me/l of Ca and 1.5me/l of Mg as macroelements and 20ppm of chelate iron, 4ppm of boron, 2ppm of Manganese Sulfate, 0.2ppm of Zinc Sulfate, 0.05ppm of copper sulfate and 0.02ppm of sodium molybdate as trace elements.

본 발명은 생강 조직배양묘의 씨생강 생산용 양액 조성물에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 생강조직배양묘의 양액재배로 씨생강을 안정적 값싸게 대량으로 공급하여 생강 종자 구입비를 절감하여 생산성과 소득향상을 도모하는데 있다. 생강은 동서양을 막론하고 기호품, 양념류, 차류, 한약재등으로 널리 사용되어 왔다.The present invention relates to a nutrient solution composition for seed production of ginger tissue culture seedlings. 종래에 생강재배용으로 국내외에서 개발된 조직배양용 양액조성물은 없으며 염체류 및 과채류 위주의 양액 조성물이 개발되었으나 생강 조직배양묘의 재배용으로는 적합치 않은 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명자(호남농업시험장)들이 개발한 생강 조직배양묘를 이용, 양액재배를 통하여 씨생강의 대량생산이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 국내외에서 개발된 양액은 엽채류와 과채류 위주이며 괴경을 이용하는 생강에 대한 양액이 개발되어 있지 않아 "생강 인공종묘 생산 및 안전재배기술 개발 연구" 를 수행하던 중 식물체 분석치에 근거한 생강 조직 배양묘의 씨생강 생산 전용 양액을 발명하는데 성공하였다.Conventionally, there is no nutrient solution composition for tissue culture developed at home and abroad for ginger cultivation, and the nutrient solution composition focusing on salts and fruits is developed, but there is a problem that is not suitable for cultivation of ginger tissue culture seedlings.
