Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 복합물 제조를 위한 와이어 선형물 제조 방법에 있어서,a) 기판을 구비하는 단계;b) 상기 기판에 접착제를 적용하는 단계;c) 상기 접착제에 다수의 와이어를 적용하는 단계;d) 상기 와이어의 위에 장벽층을 적용하는 단계; 및e) 상기 장벽층 위에 상기 접착제를 적용하는 단계를 포함하며;f) 상기 접착제 및 상기 장벽층은 서로 불용해성인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 제조를 위한 와이어 선형물 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 선형물은 복합물을 위한 단결정 코팅으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 제조를 위한 와이어 선형물 제조 방법.
- 복합물 제조를 위한 와이어 선형물에 있어서,a) 기판;b) 상기 기판 위의 접착제층;c) 상기 접착제층 위에 놓여진 다수의 와이어;d) 상기 다수의 와이어 위에 적층된 장벽층; 및e) 상기 장벽층 위에 형성된 다른 접착제층을 포함하며;f) 상기 장벽층과 상기 각 접착제층은 서로 불용해성인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 제조를 위한 와이어 선형물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 각 접착제층은 용제로써 헥산을 포함하고 상기 장벽층은 용제로써 아세톤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 제조를 위한 와이어 선형물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 각 접착제층은 폴리이소부틸렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 제조를 위한 와이어 선형물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 장벽층은 폴리메틸메타아크릴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 제조를 위한 와이어 선형물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 각 접착제층은 헥산에 1.0 중량%의 폴리이소부틸렌을 가지며, 상기 장벽층은 아세톤에 1.0 중량%의 폴리메틸메타아크릴을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물 제조를 위한 와이어 선형물.
