Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a) 基板を準備し、 b) 前記基板に接着剤を付け、 c) 前記接着剤に複数のワイヤを付け、 d) 前記ワイヤにバリヤー層を付け、 e) 前記バリヤー層に接着剤を付け、 f) 前記接着剤と前記バリヤー層は互いに不溶解性である、複合材料製造用 のワイヤ予備成形物の製造方法。 2. 前記ワイヤ予備成形物は複合材料のための一体の被覆として使用さレル、請 求の範囲1に記載の方法。 3.a) 基板を準備し、 b) 前記基板に接着剤を付け、 c) 前記接着剤に複数の繊維を間隔を隔てた関係に付け、 d) 前記繊維にバリヤー層を付け、 e) 前記バリヤー層を被う接着剤に複数のワイヤを間隔を隔てた関係に付け 、 f) 前記複数のワイヤに前記接着剤を付け、 g) 前記接着剤と前記バリヤー層は互いに不溶解性である、複合材料製造用 のワイヤ予備成形物の製造方法。 4. 接着剤は溶剤としてヘキサンを使用し、バリヤー層は溶剤としてアセトンを 使用する、請求の範囲3に記載の方法。 5. 前記接着剤はポリイソブチレンであり、バリヤー層はポリメチルメタクリレ ートである、請求の範囲3に記載の方法。 6. 前記ワイヤはチタン又はチタン合金である、請求の範囲3に記載の方法。 7. 前記ワイヤは隣接した繊維を受け入れるための凹部を有する断面形状を有す る、請求の範囲3に記載の方法。 8. 前記凹部は角張った形状又は湾曲形状をする、請求の範囲7に記載の方法。 9. 前記湾曲形状の凹部は前記繊維の湾曲形状に対応するように寸法決めされて いる、請求の範囲8に記載の方法。 10. 前記繊維は均一に間隔を隔てられている、請求の範囲3に記載の方法。 11. 前記予備成形物がマンドレルに巻かれて複数の交互の繊維層とワイヤ層を形 成するとき、隣接した繊維間の距離が前記マンドレルに巻かれた次々の繊維層に ついて増すように、前記基板に付けられたとき前記繊維の間隔を隔てた関係を調 整することを更に有する、請求の範囲3に記載の方法。 12. 前記基板をドラムに取り付け、前記ワイヤをそれに巻く、請求の範囲3に記 載の方法。 13. 複数の予備成形物が作られ、引き続く複合材料の製造用に互いに積み重ねら れる、請求の範囲3に記載の方法。 14.a) 基板と、 b) 前記基板上の接着剤層と、 c) 前記接着剤に置かれた複数のワイヤと、 d) 前記ワイヤ上に形成されたバリヤー層と、 e) 前記バリヤー層上に形成された他の接着剤層と、 f) 前記バリヤー層及び各前記接着剤層は互いに不溶解性である、複合材料 製造用のワイヤ予備成形物。 15. 各接着剤層は溶剤としてヘキサンを有し、前記バリヤー層は溶剤としてアセ トンを有する、請求の範囲14に記載のワイヤ予備成形物。 16. 各前記接着剤層はポリイソブチレンを有する、請求の範囲14に記載のワイ ヤ予備成形物。 17. 前記バリヤー層はポリメチルメタクリレートを有する、請求の範囲14に記 載のワイヤ予備成形物。 18. 各前記接着剤層はヘキサン中の1.0重量%のポリイソブチレンであり、前 記バリヤー層はアセトン中の1.0重量%のポリメチルメタクリレートである、 請求の範囲14に記載のワイヤ予備成形物。 19. 前記ワイヤはチタン又はチタン合金である、請求の範囲14に記載のワイヤ 予備成形物。 20.a) 基板と、 b) 前記基板上の接着剤層の第1層と、 c) 前記接着剤に間隔を隔てた関係をなして付けられた複数の繊維と、 d) 前記繊維に付けられたバリヤー層と、 e) 前記第1のバリヤー層に付けられた前記接着剤の第2の層と、 f) 前記複数のワイヤに前記第2の接着剤層に付けられた複数のワイヤと、 g) 前記複数のワイヤに付けられた前記接着剤の第3の層と、を有し、 h) 前記接着剤と前記バリヤー層は互いに不溶解性である、複合材料製造用 のワイヤ予備成形物。 21. 接着剤層は溶剤としてヘキサンを有し、前記バリヤー層は溶剤としてアセト ンを有する、請求の範囲20に記載のワイヤ予備成形物。 22. 前記接着剤はポリイソブチレンを有する、請求の範囲20に記載のワイヤ予 備成形物。 23. 前記バリヤー層はポリメチルメタクリレートを有する、請求の範囲20に記載 のワイヤ予備成形物。 24. 前記接着剤層はヘキサン中の1.0重量%のポリイソブチレンであり、前記 バリヤー層はアセトン中の1.0重量%のポリメチルメタクリレートである、請 求の範囲14に記載のワイヤ予備成形物。 25. 前記ワイヤはチタン又はチタン合金である、請求の範囲20に記載のワイヤ 予備成形物。 26. 前記繊維は炭化珪素である、請求の範囲20に記載のワイヤ予備成形物。 27. 前記繊維は均一に間隔を隔てられている、請求の範囲20に記載のワイヤ予 備成形物。 28. 前記繊維は、前記予備成形物がマンドレルに巻かれて複数の交互の繊維層と ワイヤ層を形成するとき、隣接した繊維間の距離が前記マンドレルに巻かれた次 々の繊維層について増すように、不均一に間隔を隔てられる、請求の範囲20に 記載のワイヤ予備成形物。 29. 前記ワイヤは隣接した繊維を受け入れるための凹部を有する断面形状を有す る、請求の範囲20に記載のワイヤ予備成形物。 30. 前記凹部は角張った形状又は湾曲形状をする、請求の範囲29に記載のワイ ヤ予備成形物。 31. 前記湾曲形状の凹部は前記繊維の湾曲形状に対応するように寸法決めされて いる、請求の範囲30に記載のワイヤ予備成形物。 32.a) 複数の繊維収容ボビンを準備し、 b) 複数のワイヤ収容ボビンを準備し、 c) マンドレル収容回転ドラムを準備し、 d) 前記繊維及びワイヤを、ワイヤの平らな層に隣接した繊維の少なくとも 1つの平らな層を有する層配列をなして引出し、 e) 前記層配列の端を前記マンドレルに取り付け、 f) 前記マンドレルに前記層配列を巻き、 g) 前記層配列の他端を前記巻かれた層配列に取り付け、 h) 前記ドラムからマンドレルを取り外し、 i) 各前記繊維及び各前記ワイヤをマンドレルに巻き、それぞれの繊維及び ワイヤの軸線はドラムの巻き面とほぼ垂直に維持される、複合材料製造用のワイ ヤ予備成形物の製造方法。 33. 前記層配列は繊維及びワイヤの交互の平らな層からなる、請求の範囲32に 記載の方法。 34. 前記層配列は、多プライ層配列を形成するために、前記他端を取り付けるに 先立って前記マンドレルドラムに多巻回に巻かれる、請求の範囲32に記載の方 法。 35. 接着剤は前記取り付け段階に使用される、請求の範囲32に記載の方法。 36. 前記接着剤はシアノアクリレート接着剤である、請求の範囲35に記載の方 法。 37. 前記層配列のワイヤ及び繊維の前記平らな層は前記マンドレルに取り付けら れる、請求の範囲32に記載の方法。 38. 各前記ワイヤは隣接した繊維を受け入れるための凹部を有する断面形状を有 する、請求の範囲32に記載の方法。 39. 前記凹部は角張った形状又は湾曲形状をする、請求の範囲38に記載の方法 。 40. 前記湾曲形状の凹部は前記繊維の湾曲形状に対応するように寸法決めされて いる、請求の範囲39に記載の方法。 41.a) マンドレルと、 b) 一端を前記マンドレルに取り付けたワイヤの第1の平らな層と、 c) 一端を前記マンドレルに取り付けた繊維の第2の平らな層と、を有し、 d) ワイヤの前記第1の平らな層及び繊維の前記第2の層は隣接した積み重 ね関係をなして前記マンドレルに配置され、繊維及びワイヤの隣接した層は互い に重ねられ、前記ワイヤ及び繊維の軸線は前記マンドレルの表面に対してほぼ垂 直である、複合材料製造用のワイヤ繊維予備成形物。 42. 前記繊維は炭化珪素であり、前記ワイヤはチタン又はチタン合金である、請 求の範囲41に記載のワイヤ繊維予備成形物。 43. 前記積み重ね関係は繊維とワイヤの隣接した多層からなる、請求の範囲41 に記載のワイヤ繊維予備成形物。 44. 各前記ワイヤは隣接した繊維を受け入れるための凹部を有する断面形状を有 る、請求の範囲41に記載のワイヤ繊維予備成形物。 45. 前記凹部は角張った形状又は湾曲形状をする、請求の範囲44に記載のワイ ヤ予備成形物。 46. 前記湾曲形状の凹部は前記繊維の湾曲形状に対応するように寸法決めされて いる、請求の範囲45に記載のワイヤ予備成形物。
