Claims (9)
- 일정한 각도로 입사된 광의 진행방향을 변경하는 제1광학수단인 프리즘,상기한 광이 입사되는 일정한 프리틸트각을 가진 액정분자를 포함하는 액정셀,상기한 액정셀을 통과한 광의 진행방향을 보정하는 제2광학수단, 및상기한 광의 투과도를 측정하는 측정소자로 이루어지는 액정셀의 프리틸트각 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 액정셀이 회전가능하여 광의 입사각을 변경할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 프리틸트각 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제1광학수단 및 제2광학수단과 액정셀 사이에 굴절율 보상 물질이 추가로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 프리틸트각 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제1광학수단에 입사한 광이 편광된 광인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 프리틸트각 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 측정소자가 포토다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 프리틸트각 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제2광학수단이 프리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 프리틸트각 측정장치.
- 일정한 각도(φ)로 입사된 광이 제1광학장치에 의해 광의 진행방향을 변경하는 제1굴절단계,상기한 광이 입사되는 일정한 프리틸트각을 가진 액정분자를 포함하는 액정셀을 통과하여 광의 진행방향을 변경하는 제2굴절단계,상기한 액정셀을 통과한 광의 진행방향을 제2광학장치에 의해 상기한 입사각도(φ)로 보정하는 제3굴절단계,상기한 광의 투과도를 측정하는 측정단계, 및다음의 수식:
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 제1 및 제2광학장치가 프리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 프리틸트각 측정방법.
