Claims (2)
- 레이저를 주사하는 레이저 스캐너와, 상기 레이저가 입사되면 여러 각도로 반사하여 매회 피측정체의 각기 다른 위치에 주사되게 하는 다각형 미러와, 상기 다각형 미러의 회전 각도를 감지하는 인코더와, 상기 피측정체에서 반사된 수평 방향의 레이저는 집광되게 하되 수직 방향의 레이저는 반사각을 유지한 체 통과되게 하는 원통 렌즈와, 상기 원통 렌즈를 통해 상기 피측정체에서 반사된 레이저를 투사받는 수광 센서를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통 렌즈와 레이저 스캐너를 이용한 3차원 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수광 센서는 피에스디(PSD)와 리니어 시시디(CCD) 중 어느 한 개가 택일되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통 렌즈와 레이저 스캐너를 이용한 3차원 측정장치.
