Claims (1)
- (정정) 원자흡수분광계를 이용하여 원자흡수분광법으로 제철소 부생 슬래그중의 산화칼슘을 정량분석함에 있어서, 니켈도가니의 내면하부에 Na2CO3: Na2O2가 3 : 1로 혼합된 혼합 융제를 평탄하게 깔리도록 장입한 후, 그 위에 산화칼슘을 정량 분석하려는 슬래그를 평량하여 평탄하게 골고루 깔리도록 장입하고 그 위에 다시 Na2CO3와 Na2O2가 3 : 1로 혼합된 혼합융제를 장입한 다음 니켈도가니 뚜껑을 닫고 전기로로 가열하여 슬래그를 용융하는 단계; 슬래그를 용융한 후, 용융상태를 확인하고 니켈도가니를 잘 흔들어준 다음 다시 전기로에 넣어 재용융하는 단계; 재용융후, 냉각하고 진한 염산을 첨가하여 융성물을 용해하는 단계; 용융된 융성물을 여과하여 여액을 별도로 보관하고 잔사는 니켈도가니에 다시 장입하여 건조하는 단계; 건조된 잔사를 전기로에 넣고 회화하고, 상기 Na2CO3와 Na2O2가 3 : 1비로 혼합된 혼합된 혼합융제를 첨가하여 잔사를 재용융하는 단계; 재용융된 잔사에 진한 염산을 첨가하여 잔사를 용해시키는 단계; 및 용해된 잔사와 상기 여액을 합하여 시료용액으로 사용하여 원자흡수분광법으로 슬래그중의 산화칼슘을 정량분석하는 단계;를 포함하는 원자흡수분광법을 이용한 슬래그중 산화칼슘의 정량분석방법.
