Claims (2)
- DNA와 하기와 같은 염기서열을 갖는 프라이머쌍을 HP1/HP2을 이용하여 1차 PCR(polymerase chain reaction)한 다음, 이 1차 PCR 반응액에 하기와 같은 염기서열을 갖는 프라이머 2쌍 HPV161/HPV162 및 HPV181/HPV182을 동시에 첨가하여 2차 PCR하는 것을 특징으로 하는 HPV16 및 HPV18의 동시 검출방법 :HP1 : 5'- CCRYTGCTGYATGYSATAAATGT-3'HP2 : 5'- CATTTTCGTYCTCGTCATCTGA-3'상기에서,R은 A 또는 G;Y는 C 또는 T; 및,S는 G 또는 C이다.HPV161 : 5'- TCGATGTATGTCTTGTTGCAG-3'HPV162 : 5'- GGTTACAATATTGTAATGGGC-3'HPV181 : 5'- CAACATAGCTGGGCACTATAGA-3'HPV182 : 5'- ACATACACAACATTGTGTGACG-3'
- 제1항에 있어서, DNA는 사람의 혈액에서 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 HPV16 및 HPV18의 동시 검출방법.
