Claims (5)
- 상,하부 플레이트(1,2)는 고정용 볼트(9)로 고정되며, 상기 상부 플레이트(1)는 측면으로 가스 공급관(7)이 설치되며 오리피스(31)를 형성한 액체 공급관(3)이 플레이트(1) 상단부에 고정용 볼트(4)로 고정되며, 상기 하부 플레이트(2)는 커넥터의 몸체(8)와 결합되고, 상기 커넥터의 몸체(8)의 내부로는 액체 공급관(3)의 오리피스(31)가 결합되어 환상가스유로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2유체 미립화 노즐.
- <가스공급관(7)이 연결된 상부플레이트(1)와 더블어 가스쳄버(chamber)의 다른 한쪽을 형성한> 하부 플레이트(2)에는 커넥터의 몸체(8)가 고정되어 환상유로를 형성하고 퀵 커플링 기구(guick coupling mechanism)에 의해 커넥터 스템(81)의 착탈 및 교환이 가능한 구조로 되어 있으며, 상기 커넥터 스템(81) 외부에는 치차가 형성되어 있어서 회전도 가능한 구조이며, 또한 커넥터의 몸체(8)와 스템(81)사이의 미소한 연결 여유홈은 환상유로를 흐르는 가스제트에 대해 공동(cavity)역할을 함으로써 유동을 교란시키고 난류강도를 증가시키게 되어 미립화 효율을 부가적으로 상승시키는 것이 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로하는 2유체 미립화 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공급관(3)의 오리피스(31) 출구와 가스 유로 출구를 평면 또는 경사단면을 갖도록 구성하고 경사면의 방향을 회전하여 조절함으로서 대칭 또는 비대칭 분무를 가능하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2유체 미립화 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경사단면은 각각 0∼60°이내로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2유체 미립화 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공급관(3)과 상부 플레이트(1)사이에 부싱(5)을 장착하여 액체 공급관(3)의 돌출길이를 조절할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2유체 미립화 노즐.
