Claims (1)
- 감저항온도(NTC)센서의 제조방법에 있어서, 1.9 내지 2.7mole의 CoCO3, 0.05 내지 0.3mole의 MnCO3, 0.2 내지 0.7mole의 NiCO3, 0.1 내지 0.3mole의 CuO 및 0.1mole의 ZnCO3로 구성되는 98 내지 99%인 저순도 탄산염의 원료를1100℃의 전기로에서 3시간 하소처리 한 후 하소된 원료에 소결온도 저하를 위하여 0.05%의 SiO2-B2O3계 프리트를 성형을 위하여 0.5%의 폴리비닐 알코올(PVA)을 첨가하여 폴리에틸렌 용기에서 알코올을 용매로 하여 2시간 혼합한 후 금형내에서 성형하고, 성형된 재료는 1200 내지 1300℃로 소결하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산염을 이용한 감저항온도센서의 제조방법.
