Claims (3)
- 컬러 필터 및 공통 전극이 구비된 상부 기판; 상기 상부 기판관 대향되 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 공통 전극과 함께 전기장을 형성하는 화소 전극이 구비된 하부 기판; 상기 상부 기판 및 하부 기판의 내측면에 각각 형성되는 수평 배향막; 상기 상하부 기판 사이에 개재되고, 고분자 네트워크가 형성되어 있는 유전율 이방성이 음인 액정; 및 상기 상부 기판 외측면 및 상기 하부 기판 외측면에 각각 배치되며, 소정 방향으로의 편광축을 갖는 제1 및 제2 편광판을 포함하며, 상기 상하 수평 배향막의 러빙축은 서로 180도를 이루고, 상기 제1 편광판의 편광축과 제2 편광판의 편광축은 서로 교차되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 및 편광판의 편광축과 상기 배향막의 러빙축은 소정 각도를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공통 전극은 컬러 필터 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 편광판의 편광축은 상기 배향막의 러빙축 방향과 약 45°를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자.
