Claims (3)
- 권상기 케이스(3)의 내부 전후 및 좌우측에 폴(2)이 각각 입설되며, 상기 폴(2)의 일측 일정방향으로 자화된 알니코 자석(1)이 연결되며, 상기 폴(2)의 하부에는 Sm2Co17자석(4)이 위치되는 한편, 상기 Sm2Co17자석(4) 주연에는 솔레노이드 코일(5)이 권선되어 대형볼트(6)로서 폴(2)의 중앙에 형성된 스크류홀(7)과 일체로 결합하여 고정토록 하는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석을 이용한 권상기.
- 권상기 케이스의 내측으로 4개의 폴을 위치시키고, 상기 폴의 주연 일정 방향으로 보자력이 700-1500 Oe이며, 전류자속 밀도는 10 - 12 KG인 알니코자석으로 연결토록 하며, 상기 폴 하부에는 희토류계의 고유 보자력이 8-15 KOe, 잔류자속 밀도가 8 - 11KG 인 Sm2Co17자석을 위치시켜 그 주위에 솔레노이드 코일을 권선하여 전류의 부하 방향 조절에 의해 물건을 흡, 탈착토록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석을 이용한 권상기의 제작방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Sm2Co17자석과 폴은 대형볼트로서 결합고정토록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석을 이용한 권상기의 제작방법.
