Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 도어 임팩트빔의 취부구조에 관한 것으로서, 도어(1)의 내측패널(2)과 외측패널(3) 사이에 전후길이방향으로 설치되며, 전후양단부의 절곡부(11)(12)가 상기 내측패널(2)의 양측단 결합부(4)에 각각 용착고정되는 임팩트빔(10)에 있어서, 상기 임팩트빔(10)의 전방쪽 절곡부(11)를 도어(1) 힌지브라켓(5)과 대응되게 절곡한후, 상기 힌지브라켓(5)과 함께 볼트(14)로 조립하여 취부시킨 것으로, 도어의 내·외측 패널 사이에 설치되는 임팩트빔의 일측단을 도어 힌지부와 함께 조립하여 취부시킴에 따라, 차량의 측면 충돌시 도어에 가해진 충격이 필라부를 통해 차체로 분산되어 도어의 국부적인 변형 및 파손을 최소로 줄일 수 있게 된다. 이에따라 도어의 내·외측패널 사이에 설치된 임팩트빔이 도어에 견고하게 취부되어 차량의 측면충돌시에도 쉽게 변형 및 파손되지 않게 되고, 이에따라 차실내의 승차자가 안전한 상태를 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a mounting structure of an automobile door impact beam, which is installed between the inner panel 2 and the outer panel 3 of the door 1 in the front and rear length direction, and the bent portions 11 and 12 at the front and rear ends thereof.
