Claims (4)
- 유전자 조작법에 의해 담배 모자이크 바이러스의 126-킬로달톤 단백질 내에 존재하는 도메인 1 염기서열을 사용하여 식물이 담배 모자이크 바이러스에 대하여 저항성을 획득하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 사용된 도메인 1 염기서열이 하기와 같은 경우이며, 이 도메인 1의 전체 혹은 부분을 포함하는 염기서열, 즉 TMV 게놈의 1번 뉴틀레오티드부터 2149번 뉴클레오티드까지 전체 혹은 부분을 포함하는 염기서열(숫자는 TMV 게놈의 염기서열의 위치를 나타냄)
- 제2항의 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 하기 아미노산 서열의 전체 혹은 부분을 갖는 단백질.
- 제2항의 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 플라스미드 pTMVD1A와 pTMVD1B
