Claims (1)
- 입력 아날로그 영상전압을 디지탈 영상전압으로 변환한 값에 대하여 임의의 샘플링 시점에서 디지탈 값을 수집하는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 수집한 입력 영상전압의 디지탈 값으로 부터 재귀적 DFT(Recursive Fourier Discrete Transform)로 실수성분과 허수성분을 구하고 이 실수, 허수성분으로 부터 그 크기를 계산하는 제2단계와, 제2단계에서 구한 크기와 설정된 영상전압 정정치를 비교하여 고장으로 판단되면 소정시간을 지연시키는 제3단계와, 상기 제3단계에서 지연되는 시간이 기 설정된 동작시가 정정치보다 크면 고장으로 판단하여 계전기 동작명령을 하달하는 제4단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 지락 과전압 계전기의 고장판단 방법.
