Abstract

본 발명은 전력 수용가의 배전반에서 안정적 전력공급을 위해 사용하는 지력 과전압 계전기에 있어서, 영상 변압기를 통해 입력되는 기본 주파수 성분의 신호에 고조파성분이 포함됨으로 인해 이 기본 주파수 성분이 왜곡되고 이로인하여 발생하는 오동작을 방지하기 위한 방법을 제공하는 것으로, 입력 영상전압을 복소수로 표현하고 이를 재귀적 DFT(Recursive Fourier Discrete Transform)를 이용하여 전압의 크기를 구하고 이를 처리하여 직교함수의 특성으로 인한 고조파 성분의 왜곡으로 인한 지락 과전압 계전기의 오동작을 방지할 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 입력 아날로그 영상전압을 디지탈 영상전압으로 변환한 값에 대하여 임의의 샘플링 시점에서 디지탈 값을 수집하는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 수집한 입력 영상전압의 디지탈 값으로부터 재귀적 DFT(recursive Fourier Discrete Transform)로 실수성분과 허수성분을 구하고 이 실수, 허수성분으로부터 그 크기를 계산하는 제2단계와, 제2단계에서 구한 크기와 설정된 영상전압 정정치를 비교하여 고장으로 판단되면 소정시간을 지연시키는 제3단계와, 상기 제3단계에서 지연되는 시간이 기 설정된 동작시간 정정치보다 크면 고장으로 판단하여 계전기 동작명령을 하달하는 제4단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 지락 과전압 계전기의 고장판단 방법.
