Claims (2)
- 물을 저장보관하며 냉장실(4)에 설치된 저수탱크(80)와, 상기 저스탱크(80)에 저장보관된 물을 펌핑하도록 동력을 발생시키는 급수펌프(90)와, 상기 급수펌프(90)에 의해 공급된 물로 만들어진 얼음을 보관하도록 냉동실(3)에 설치된 저빙용기(70)로 이루어진 냉장고용 자동제빙기에 있어서 ; 상기 급수펌프(90)에 의해 공급된 물로 얼음을 만들어 상기 저빙용기(70)에 공급하도록 상기 저빙용기(70)의 상부에 설치되며, 프레임(55)과, 상기 프레임(55)의 상부에 형성된 상부제빙막(51)과, 상기 상부제빙막(51)과 대향되는 상기 프레임(55)의 하부에 형성된 하부제빙막(52)과, 상기 하부 및 상부제빙막(52)(51)의 표면에 상하로 뒤집혀지는 러버등과 같은 재질로 이루어지고 물을 공급받아 얼음을 생성시키는 다수의 오목홈(54)(53)으로 이루어진 제빙용기(50)와 ; 상기 제빙용기(50)에서 생선된 얼음을 상기 저빙용기(70)로 공급하도록 상기 제빙용기(50)를 전도시키며, 구동축(116)이 돌설되어서 회전력을 발생시키며 케이스(112)의 내부에 설치된 전도모터(115)와, 상기 전도모터(115)에서 발생되는 회전력에 의해서 상기 제빙용기(50)가 전도되도록 상기 제빙용기(50)와 상기 전도모터(115)를 연결시키며 상기 구동축(116)과 기어결합된 제1연결봉(111)과, 상기 제1연결봉(111)과 연결된 상기 제빙용기(50)가 회전가능하도록 지지하며 제2연결봉(119)을 구비한 지지부(118)로 이루어진 전도수단(110)과 ; 상기 전도수단(110)에 의해 전도되는 상기 제빙용기(50)의 상부제빙막(51)의 오목홈(53)과 이에 대응하는 상기 하부제빙막(52)의 오목홈(54)을 연결시키며 외면에 나사산(121)이 형성된 다수의 이빙봉(120)과 ; 상기 이빙봉(120)을 상하방향으로 직선운동시켜 상기 제빙용기(50)의 오목홈(53)(54)에서 생성된 얼음을 이빙시키도록 상기 이빙봉(120)으로 동력을 전달하며, 상기 이빙봉(120)들이 관통설치되는 작동판(131)과, 상기 작동판(131)에 관통설치된 상기 이빙봉(120)의 나사산(121)과 나사결합되며 상기 작동판(131)의 상부에 회전가능하게 설치된 다수의 회전기어(132)와, 상기 회전기어(132)을 둘러싸서 상기 회전기어(132)들을 연결시키며 내측에 상기 회전기어(132)와 기어맞춤되는 돌기(136)가 형성된 벨트(135)로 이루어진 동력전달수단(130)과 ; 상기 동력전달수단(130)을 구동시키도록 동력을 발생시키며 상기 제빙용기(50)에 설치된 구동모터(141)와, 상기 구동모터(141)로 부터 연장되어서 상기 구동모터(141)의 동력이 상기 벨트(135)로 전달되도록 상기 벨트(135)의 내면에 형성된 상기 돌기(136)와 결합된 구동축(142)으로 이루어진 구동수단(140)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 자동 제빙기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달수단(130)의 각 회전기어(132)의 상부에는, 상기 회전기어(132)가 정위치에 위치되어서 회전되도록 회전기어이탈방지판(138)이 각각 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 자동제빙기.
